What you'll do

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to grow our brand and customer base.
  • Drive sales through targeted campaigns, prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to create tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay aligned with business objectives.
  • Use data and performance metrics to continuously improve campaigns and sales efforts.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably B2B in tech or finance.
  • A proven track record of successful campaigns and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to think strategically and adapt to market changes.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent time management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
